Bizquartz is a leading business and property brokerage firm in the UAE, known for structured transactions, strategic advisory, and high-value deal closures. As we expand our real estate division, we are building a strong digital presence to position Bizquartz as a trusted authority in the market.

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can shape and manage the digital voice of Bizquartz.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and trend-aware Social Media Manager & Content Creator to handle and grow the complete digital presence of Bizquartz.

This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate marketing, loves content creation, and is confident in videography, editing, and brand positioning.

You will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing the entire social media strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Bizquartz social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and execute monthly content strategy
  • Create engaging real estate content (posts, reels, carousels, stories)
  • Shoot and edit property videos and broker interviews
  • Produce professional property walkthrough videos
  • Coordinate on-site video shoots with brokers
  • Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly
  • Handle captions, hashtags, and posting schedules
  • Grow engagement, followers, and inbound leads
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and tone

Content & Videography Expectations

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be confident handling camera equipment or high-quality mobile videography
  • Have strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Understand reel formats, trending audios, and short-form content
  • Be creative in scripting real estate content
  • Be comfortable directing brokers during video shoots
  • Think strategically about brand positioning

We are looking for a true “social media geek” who understands algorithms, engagement psychology, and content growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in social media management
  • Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage
  • Strong portfolio of video and social media work
  • Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok growth strategies
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and deadline-driven
  • UAE experience preferred
