Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious, confident, and digitally smart Property Brokers who understand that social media is a powerful lead generation tool.

If you are comfortable in front of the camera, enjoy creating property walkthrough videos, market update reels, and engaging real estate content — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate and manage property sales leads

·        Conduct property viewings and client meetings

·        Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market properties

·        Negotiate and close transactions

·        Maintain consistent follow-ups and CRM updates

·        Create property videos, walkthroughs, and market insight content

·        Build and maintain professional social media presence

·        Use digital platforms to generate inbound leads

Requirements

What we're looking for

Digital & Social Media Advantage

Candidates who have:

·        Strong Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn presence

·        Experience in video creation and property walkthrough content

·        Confidence speaking on camera

·        Basic understanding of reels, trends, and engagement strategies

·        Creative mindset for content ideas

Will have a strong advantage in selection.

Being a “social media savvy” broker is highly valued at Bizquartz.

Requirements

·        Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience (preferred)

·        Freshers with strong sales and digital presence may apply

·        Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi is a plus)

·        Professional and presentable

·        Self-driven and target-oriented

·        UAE driving license preferred

·        Basic knowledge of Dubai property market
